This week the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) exposed an anti-White, anti-gay website known as “War is on the Horizon,” run by a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employee, Ayo Kimathi.

On his website, Kimathi declared that “Warfare is eminent,” and that “in order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites — more than our Christian hearts can possibly count.”

He added that White people are encouraging Black men to become homosexual in order to make Black men more effeminate and weaker, and praises those African nations that criminalize gay persons and behavior.

But it’s not just Whites and gays Kimathi has a war against. He also says Black men should be superior to Black women, and offers tips “to help every Black woman in the world understand what she needs to do to keep a strong Black man happy.”

When Kimathi is not writing hateful messages on his website or selling video lectures on the subject of race war and killing White people, he works for the DHS, specifically Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), as a small business specialist who is responsible for buying handcuffs, ammunition, guns and other items agents may need in the field. Kimathi also speaks on behalf of the agency at vendor events.

Known by his followers as the “Irritated Genie,” Kimathi describes himself on his website as a “gay-bashing, revenge-seeking black nationalist,” who advocates for “the mass murder of whites and the ethnic cleansing of black-skinned Uncle Tom race traitors,” which includes Oprah Winfrey, Whoopi Goldberg, Condoleezza Rice, Colin Powell, Rev. Al Sharpton and Lil Wayne, among others.

President Obama has also made the list, since Kimathi says Obama is “a treasonous mulatto scum dweller…who will fight against reparations for Black people in amerikkka, but in favor of fag rights for freaks in amerikkka and Afrika.”

Talking to the SPLC’s Hatewatch group, one of Kimathi’s former female supervisors at the DHS said that because ICE is a law enforcement agency, employees are required to obtain written permission before participating in any outside activities.

Kimathi did obtain permission, but the unnamed supervisor said that he likely misrepresented his website by telling management it was an entertainment site he used to sell videos of concerts.

“Everybody in the office is afraid of him,” she said. “If he had adequately and truthfully described his group,” the supervisor said, “I can’t imagine for a minute he would have been granted permission.”

She said that Kimathi only used the website’s acronym “WOH” when he requested permission to create the site, and didn’t inform supervisors that he had a public presence as a Black supremacist advocate, known as “Irritated Genie.”

“This guy is filled with hate. People are afraid he will come in with a gun someday and go postal. I am astounded, he’s employed by the federal government, let alone Homeland Security.”

Kimathi does sell videos on his website, but instead of concerts, the videos are recorded lectures he gives.

On the home page of his website, Kimathi writes that he created the organization “for the purpose of preparing Black people worldwide for an unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race. whites [sic.] around the world are absolutely determined to exterminate Afrikan people in all corners of the Earth.

“As a result of this reality, WOH has dedicated our time and expertise to properly educating Black people to prepare for Racial Warfare. This includes intellectual, spiritual, psychological, and physical preparation for a global clash that will mean the end of white rule on this planet or the end of the Black Race as we know it.

“Please review the information on our site to understand the threat our people are facing so that you may make the right decisions in preparation for this reality.

“We’ll See You on the Battlefield!”

In response to the SPLC’s report, ICE’s deputy press secretary Gillian Christensen released the following statement: “ICE does not condone any type of hateful rhetoric or advocacy of violence of any kind against anyone.  Every ICE employee is held to the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct. Accusations of misconduct are investigated thoroughly and if substantiated, appropriate action is taken.”

When asked specifically whether the agency would investigate Kimathi, Christensen declined to comment, citing ICE policy.
